The passing of springtime has given the clearing a new lease of life; the stream is no longer strangled by ice, the ground is no longer clogged with the slushy remains of winter. The sun has the earth crisped and dried, warming the lands and thawing the hearts of the residents too. .::[ Pack Plot ]::.
At this point in time there is no pack-wide plot in session. However, as activity continues to increase and with new members and children on the horizon, the council will be eager to listen to any ideas that our wolves would like to offer! There has also been a request made for a potential plot collaboration with the Wolfspirits pack, we would like to hear suggestions and advice on that too.
.::[ Ceremonies ]::.
Since the last update there has been a wealth of change to Earthensong in both rank and bond. Kivak and Hinaezuu have stepped down from their role as Alpha pair and the line of succession has fallen to their heirs - Kazmarez and Azamakaios. Kivak has now taken up the post of Paladin and his mate has become the pack's resident Lorekeeper, though they both still offer their guidance to the youngsters at the helm. Timur has risen to the position of Beta male in Chande's stead, the older male still considers where his wisdoms would be most valuable. We welcome Lunette and Silverybolt to the pack as Assessment and Member respectively and hope that they find their place among us!
Congratulations are in order to our newest mated couples: Azamakaios and Kazmarez along with Dakoda and Hototo - and also to Starcursed and Silverybolt as courts - we hope to harvest as many little Earthencubs as possible, so keep the ovens lit ladies, babies are on the way!

The youngsters of the year passed have grown into fine young adults, though they still have much to learn. Crenaea and Uru'San seem to have adventure on the horizon, perfecting their plans to quench their wanderlust and take to travelling with their older siblings Symfora and Ghostpaws. Rayuki sleeps on still, but her parents dote on her regardless and eagerly await the day when she'll open her eyes and greet a new morning. Teremun and Landau have rediscovered the path of home, the place of their birth - but will they stay this time? Already this season we have swollen bellies appearing left right and center, promising little bundles of joy for expectant new parents. We wish them luck and life in their pregnancies and hope all those born are healthy.

There is no thunder booming in no man's land at the moment, so we can only assume that the world of wolf roleplay is uncharacteristically quiet for the time being! What an unexpected but delightful surprise.
We are the eye of the hurricane most days. Though storms rage around us, we must always remain solid, peaceful, and loving – offering shelter to those who have been in the trench warfare against the drama llamas. Remember, we do have drama llama weapons of mass destruction. We aren't afraid to use them! In fact, we should rent them out to other people - we would probably earn many more pinecones that way.
